We offer shipping to Canada only.

All orders are processed within business hours Monday to Friday.

The amount will be calculated and shown to you on checkout. Canada Post fees apply for oversized packages.

All parcels come with tracking numbers to give you peace of mind.

You will be emailed your tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Sportball is not responsible for any delays caused by Canada Post, during high volume seasons and during the pandemic.

We cannot amend orders once the shipping confirmation has been selected.

Local  pickup is only available in the GTA from 39 Glen Cameron Road unit 8 Thornhill L3T1P1

If you have selected local pickup please email sales@sportball.ca to arrange a pick up time.  Only Monday -Thursday 9:00am – 5:00pm

 

A return is only offered on defective football or multi-sport ball within two weeks of the purchase date.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

**Please treat your football and multi-sport ball with TLC

  • If over inflated or left in the sun for extended periods of time your multi-sport ball will not bounce consistently.
  • Footballs may loose some air and need to be re-inflated. This is normal!
